I popped into River Island’s press day yesterday and it was the accessories that grabbed me, for several reasons. Firstly because they had some great stuff for AW:
Secondly, because I found some of the items very familiar. Hmmm…haven’t we met before?:
More Chanel inspired yeti-fabulous accessories, this time knee-high furry boots, and a sequinned backpack ‘inspired by’ Sophie Hulme’s AW08 design.
And thirdly, because I thought I was one of only a few girls in the UK to own a necklace like this one:
Not any more! Looks like the River Island buyers took a trip to Goa, where I bought the one on the left.
