Sorry the posts haven’t been coming as thick and fast as last week. I’ve been preparing for my holiday to Sardinia – a week long break which me and the Mr will embark upon bright and early tomorrow AM (if I ever get round to packing).
It was also my 25th birthday last Sunday (A stroke of luck. How often does a birthday fall on a bank holiday?). I’ll spare you the details, but in short – cupcakes were eaten, pink Moet was sipped, and a sequinned party dress was donned. My house-mate Matt made this card as a gift from him and the boys. You might recognise it as the vintage nautical dress which was slashed to within an inch of its life in the name of DIY fashion. Matt obviously knows of my penchant for fashion illustration. And of my longing for legs that go on, and on, and on…and on some more.
Anyway, I’ll be back in a week with some of those narcissistic ’this is what I wore on my holiday’ pictures, and a post dedicated to my favourite magazine, ELLE, which is also turning 25 this year.
